From time to time you may notice, that you get an 'red' exclamation mark one or more of your accounts. This mean the password for that account has changed and the account needs to be 're-validated'. When Outlook opens it checks the all accounts associated to your registered account to see if it still has access for you to upload to. If not, it will prompt you to re-enter your password by clicking the button highlighted below.
