It is essential to have full control over the links to your file(s) or folder, especially when you are inside an organization and the material you have uploaded is considered confidential. Sendlinx provides you with a link management feature that gives you peace of mind.

Link Manager contains a summary of the transfer details (including all recipients) and download links for each uploaded file or folder, and allows you to copy, change, or delete the existing links at any time. This is particularly important if you no longer wish to grant access to the uploaded material, or if you accidently sent a link to the wrong recipient(s). Link Manager also allows you to set or change a Link Password and/or and Expiry Date.

Access Link Manager

  1. Sign in to https://portal.sendlinx.com.

  2. Click the Link Manager, in the menu on the left side of the screen.


Change a link

  1. Choose the link that you want to change, then click on the corresponding icon in the Change Link column.

  2. When the pop-up warning appears, click on YES to continue.

  3. Wait for Sendlinx to finish generating a new link.



  4. The new link is now active and the old link is now disabled.

    Note: The following message will be displayed when you try to access an old link that has been changed:

Delete a link

  1. Choose the link that you want to delete, then click on the corresponding icon under the Delete Link column.

  2. When the pop-up warning appears, click on YES to continue.

  3.  Wait for Sendlinx to finish deleting the link.


  4. The link is no longer listed in the Link Manager and is now deleted.
