Sendlinx has a Trash feature that acts as a ‘holding bay’ for deleted items such as files or links. Once you delete any file(s) or link(s), these items were not deleted on the portal permanently. Instead, the deleted items are stored in the Trash Files or Trash Links, where you can choose whether to delete the items permanently or restore them in such time that you may need them again in the future.

How to restore deleted files

  1. Go to Trash Files by clicking Files located at the left-hand corner of the screen.
  2. The Trash Files screen contains all the file(s) that you have previously deleted. You have the option to delete any file permanently or restore any file.

  3. Select the file(s) that you wish to restore, then click Restore.
