Every time you send an attachment to a recipient(s), all the files that have been sent can be accessed by clicking the Email Transfers link. This feature serves as a ‘Sent items’ page where you can check any files that you have shared with a recipient(s) over email.

 

All email attachments are grouped in folders separately inside the Home > Email > Web folder. The folders are named by the date which the email has been sent to a recipient(s).

 

This page displays the details of the files such as file size, recipient(s), creator (which is your Sendlinx account), the date and time when the file(s) is uploaded, and the related links (if available). It also allows users to create a download link for the file(s), delete or download a file(s), and add any files to Quick Access by clicking the star icon beside the file(s) that you would like to add.
