There is an option on the Business Admin Portal to change the storage size of a user or multiple users. This option is beneficial for the Business Admin to change the storage size easily, even after adding a user to the portal.
In this example, the storage size will change from 2 GB to 4 GB for the selected users.
- On the Active Users screen, select the user you would like to change the storage for, then click Change Storage. You may choose to change the storage of one or more users simultaneously.
- Click the drop-down button, then choose a storage size. You may select from 1 GB up to 20 GB storage size.
- Click CHANGE to apply the new storage size.
- We have successfully changed the storage size to 4 GB for the selected users.
