The Business Account has the highest level of privilege available that it can sign into the user account of its Organization members and Contact members.
On the Business Admin Portal, choose the user account that you want to sign in to, then click the highlighted icon.
The storage allocation size of each directory in the selected user account will show. Click SIGN IN to proceed.
You have successfully signed into the user account.
