The Business Account manages all user accounts of the Organization members and Contact members. 

  • Organization members - anyone who belongs to a core Business Account such as
    • stakeholder
    • shareholder
    • employee
  • Contact members - not a part of an organization or may belong to another Sendlinx Business account such as
    • consultant
    • contractor

            but is added as a member so the team can share files and folders easily on a common project.


Managing Global Account Access List

On the Business Admin Portal, click Account Access.


Enter the email address of the Sendlinx user account that would allow Organization members or Contact members to gain access to it. Click SAVE CHANGES to continue.


The user account is now added to the Global Account Access List.
