Shared Folder

One of the effective ways of sharing resources and information is to have a secured shared folder within your organization.

Collaborating with Organization members (i.e., stakeholders, shareholders, and employees) or Contact members (i.e., consultants, contractors, etc.) has never been easier with Sendlinx’s Share Folder feature.

With any shared folder, recipients can access the files it contains; they can upload files to the folder and make changes to the files, allowing them to work on a common project efficiently.

How to share a folder

  1. After signing in to https://portal.sendlinx.com, go to My Docs, located at the left-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Right-click on any folder you wish to share and click Share

  3. On the Share & Collaborate screen, fill in the following fields: • To: (Recipient) - Enter a recipient’s email address.
